Lunar Wellness Night: New Moon Edition

Reset. Realign. Refresh. Join us for an intentional evening of movement, breath, and connection designed to create space for community, a mental and physical reset, intentional release, and new beginnings. The experience includes guided yoga and breathwork, a tea circle and grounding ritual, gentle movement, deep relaxation, and space to release, reflect, and reconnect in an intentionally curated small-group setting. Please bring a yoga mat (limited rentals available), your water bottle, comfortable attire, an open mind, and your intention. Admission is $30. Optional infusions and mat rentals are available for $3 each.
